Description
Coordinated all travel itineraries for attendees from various U.S.
cities, traveling by bus or flights, so they could attend the 2005
Essence Festival. A Gem Am I organized a 2-hour hospitality social
for all those traveling with the group.

Results
• A Gem Am I has promoted this trip every year since 2001. Each
year since the inaugural trip, the number of participants has increased
significantly. In 2005, attendance soared over a 100% increase from
the previous year.
